Pros

Culture for sure and tons of opportunities to connect with others across the country. Pay is appropriate for sports/media industry on the sales side, coordinators seem fairly stagnant on pay growth. Amazing resources to complete work with the assistance of corporate employees around the country Paid time off was fantastic as well

Pros

From the initial conversation I had with Talent Acquisition to the time I had a job offer, only a week had gone by. They made it very clear that they wanted me and I could not be more excited to start working for this company!

Cons

Getting an initial conversation with Talent Acquisition was always the toughest part for me. But once you're in, and you make a good impression, they are going to want to help you find an opening.
