      Pros

      I have no positive things to say as this was the worst experience in my entire career.

      Cons

      Dreadful. Very poor orientation. Worked in Home Care. Schedule was not feasible: 7 pt's and 6.5 hrs driving and they just said I had to do it. Support staff very rude. Had to continually address issues. RVP even made changes as my complaints were valid and occurrences witnessed. Payroll incorrect or support staff did not get it in on time ( I had done my part ) though they got their's in perfectly. Would not recommend them to anyone, ever. Worst experience in 25 years of working as a therapist.

      Pros

      There are some great employees. The company, as large as it is, does try to do nice things for each employee like send you a box of candy on your birthday.

      Cons

      This company is poorly run, management runs the company from top down. The productivity requirements are nearly impossible to meet if you live in a rural community. The company pressures every employee to market every month. Many people feel like their job is on the line regularly.
