Pros
Decent benefits, marginal pay for the market.
Cons
Micromanagement. Extreme pressure from top leadership to outperform financial goals. Staffing model only allows for skeleton crew. Employees at all levels are overburdened, overworked, and overwhelmed. Quality is sacrificed for quantity. All employees are nameless/faceless/just a number. Resources and support to empower agencies to be successful in reaching set goals are not available and if they are requested the agency is treated in a punitive manner. The company as a whole is sales and grown driven and not centered in patient care. Short sighted decisions are made by regional leadership and mandated to local leadership to implement and be held accountable for. Even at the Director level you have no authority to make operational decisions for the metrics that you are being held accountable for. Forced to promote “clinical programs” developed by sales people, not clinicians, that are gimmicky garbage and are quite literally made fun of by the medical community that we are asking for referrals.
