Pros

Work life balance, flexible schedule, work from home, great team and clients. Training is excellent. Good company reputation. The people I know that work here, do the work because they are able to help their clients in meaningful ways. Career coaching work is very rewarding and you can see how you've made a difference in someone's life.

Cons

Mostly consulting work - you cannot count of FT regular pay. As a consultant this will need to be one source of income, not you're only source.

Pros

The people who deliver the work are fantastic. When you are selling these services, you can feel confident that you are not over selling a people product.

Cons

The sales organization is not very sophisticated. Goals are arbitrarily chosen, not based on prior years data or realistic growth. No learning and development what-so ever. Management expects that employees will develop themselves somehow. AND the technology infrastructure is a huge hindrance to productivity. There are easily 5-10 systems that a sales person has to know how to use and none of these systems are intuitive or communicate with each other.

Pros

Part time project based assignments. Works well for my "retiree portfolio" career. Over 12 years of experience with LHH. Enjoy keeping training, facilitation and counseling skills sharp through Career Center and seminar assignments. Great supportive staff.

Cons

Since DBM was acquired I perceive more emphasis on heavy workloads for full time staff and others working from LHH offices on personal consultations. Does not effect my situation, but don't lose the personal touch LHH was noted for in the past.
