      Pros

      Mostly friendly people. Really good work ethic. Lots of initiatives to thank staff. Good management (can only speak to my department). Room to learn how to be better at your job. Satisfaction in what you do.

      Cons

      Work life balance is a bit off, but it feeds into the great work ethic. Still pockets of bitterness following integration (both organisations).
