Cons

The compensation is not the reason that a person would be drawn to this organization. The value is in the intrinsic rewards, not the extrinsic rewards.

Professional and support staff consistently go above & beyond to ensure that individuals have a 'value add' experience. Staff come from a variety of backgrounds and disciplines ... great for getting another perspective on problem resolution and getting someone else's perspective on an idea.

Cons

Pay for associates/colleagues is not designed to attract, retain and develop ... and office management expect more hours than an associate is paid.
