Pros

Company focused on helping employees and companies through the pain of downsizing. Well organized and supported by its parent Adecco. Great people

Cons

Cyclical business so that its employee expands and contracts in the associate area. Helping people find jobs in this tough market can be frustrating

Pros

As a consultant, the autonomy and flexibility are great. If you are passionate about helping professionals in transition, this is one of the few places you can work without having to hang out your own shingle. Good resources, infrastructure, and a sound process that still allows for customizing the coaching for each individual.

Cons

Agree with everything other Reviewers said: Pay is low, no clear career paths, and depending on volume, may not provide enough work for some. Would add that ownership by a global corporate staffing firm is a mixed blessing. Internal IT systems are inefficient and poorly designed.
