Opportunity to Train and work one-on-one work with professional level clients; opportunity to use creativity, judgment, especially when working in career centers, coaches are more mature than many college coaches and have more private sector experience than public or academic coaches
Cons
Most coaches are per diem and opportunities to become a regular associate are almost non-existent. full time, regular associates never leave.
