Everything.
New Colleague Training was a joke. Unbelievably wasteful hiring practice of bringing 30 or so new hires on and having them stressed-out everyday for a few months, hitting silly metrics, while you fire people left and right.
Why not slow down and hire people who fit, then educate them and help them grow?
I met some sweet people in training, but managers, trainers, leaders were all useless. We don't care that you went to Spain for a jog, head of training, we're miserable and worred about being fired for no true reason.
Staffing ebbs and flows with the market.
This is the worst time to be in staffing since 2008. Just a bad choice.
Take this job if you're desperate, put in some effort and find a new gig asap.
