Truly Stunning

Pros

Local team IC's, other than that absolutely nothing

Cons

It is truly stunning how fast this company is collapsing. It is panick mode 24/7. Around this time last year I didn't think it could get any worse but oh how I was wrong. Flavor of the month management ideas have changed to flavor of the week now. All a desperate attempt from senior managment to save their own jobs. Everyone in senior management is in desperation mode and have to come up with their own ideas to implement (force) IC's to use that clearly do not work. Europe Switzerland needs to understand that these people in management were once good sales folks 15-20 years ago now that they don't run a desk they have plenty of time to come up with their sales pitch to save their job but let me tell you they have no clue what they are doing. No one respects senior leadership and it is continuously getting worse. Talented recruiters and sales people have left in droves and if big changes don't happen soon - like clear out the entire leadership team and replace with actual leaders who know how to run a business.

Pros

Being fully remote is great until they hire people that are nowhere near your recruiting territory. If you have no experience, you can still get a job here Commission percentages were pretty strong

Cons

The training program is bad. The focus on KPI's means that people interview irrelevant candidates instead of focusing on people they can actually place. Virtually no one hits 12k gp/month out of training Every software implementation is done poorly and spearheaded by people who are not technical. This company spends hundreds of millions on a CRM that people have no idea how to use. Company talks a lot about DEI but the vast majority of the executive committee and board of directors are straight white europeans. Their DE&I spokesperson in the US is a white male. Leadership is entrenched in their positions and most of them haven't recruited in decades. The president telling people to work 60 hours per week while lowering their comp plan is a bad look. Management doesn't really do anything. Local leaders don't attend events or conferences. They just sit around and talk smack in 1 on 1's. They should add some value to the business Company refuses to take stances on basic humans rights like women's healthcare.

Pros

LHH is interested in helping their clients create a personal brand, resume and get back to work. However...

Cons

I was a work-from-home Personal Branding Specialist hired to rewrite client resumes, coach them on LinkedIn profile, and upload/download files to LHH (crazy) internal online portal. This company has a lot of problems... my experience showed them to be deceitful about the job duties - both promises to their own employees as well as to their client candidates. Clients were told their resumes would be rewritten however, given the 30 minutes we had to do the job, that's an impossibility. Myself and at least 2 of my fellow Personal Branding Specialists were finding it can easily take 4 hours to rewrite each client resume -- and this is BEFORE we actually speak to the client (which is insanity in itself). The list of wrongdoings in processes and mis-leading employer>employee communications (i.e. 'We will train you how to re-write a resume, proofread it, format it, upload it into our system, read and respond to all system and LHH emails - within 30 minutes... to be entered into your time sheet) is a lie. Even their system for asking client candidates to rate our performance is a lie... (even tho my rating was consistently within LHH expectations).
