Very top heavy organization (with VP and up titles) with a small number of individuals executing the job. Management is disconnected from the actual issues at hand. They have the best intentions but they are not pragmatic in their approach. Most expensive health insurance plan I have had in my professional life.

Going through a major transformation for over 7 months without communication to employees. Promised there would be jobs for all by Fall and many don't know where/what they are doing. We still don't know what we will make this year, who we will report to, etc. I left on my own accord as I need to be in a company where executives understand how to communicate to all levels
