At LIDP we are cost conscious so that we can pass those savings along to our customers. We provide all of our new employees with new computers. We have licenses for Microsoft Office available for all employees. Many employees choose not to use it as they have been with our organization for many years and stick to their tried and true ways. All employees at LIDP are encouraged to speak up and ask for anything they need to be successful at their jobs. The Owners are William & Samantha Schnittker and take care of their employees in a way that nearly all employees stay. As you may have noticed during your short employment with LIDP most employees have been there a long time and are treated like family.
