We know this is an area that needs improved on and continue to work for better ways to communicate. Thank you for your compliment on our benefits as we strive to offer the highest level of benefits with the lowest cost to our staff. Lastly, we have great employees here at LIFE Pittsburgh. Without our staff we would not be able to care for the 600 Participants we serve today.

      Pros

      Upper managers/directors have a passion for their positions which makes for an incredible work experience. They offer many opportunities for advancement and often promote from within. The CEO goes out of her way to make herself available to you regardless of your position. This truly is a company that cares for its employee’s as much as it cares for the participants.

      Cons

      If you need policy and procedure this may not be a good fit. You need to be able to think quick and out of the box. This isn't a con, it's actually one of the best parts of the position!

We strive to offer the highest level of benefit with the lowest cost to employee so that our staff can afford the security that these benefits provide. All of our staff should be valued in our organization especially our CNA/PCA staff who provide the most care and interactions with our Participants. No position within LIFE Pittsburgh is any more important than the other.
