      Pros

      Making a difference in the lives of elderly people living at home. Its nice to feel like you are helping people stay out of a nursing home. Its rewarding to see someone thrive once they are enrolled with Life Pittsburgh's support.

      Cons

      Working so closely with an interdisciplinary team can be challenging at times due to different points of views and personalities, but overall its not a bad thing.

      Pros

      The company's mission is one that is so important and necessary. Caring for the elderly is rewarding and important! Opportunities for advancement within the company are abundant, excellent benefits and employee recognition.

      Cons

      There are challenges when working in the healthcare field, no matter where you work - it is a stressful environment, at times. However, seeing the impacts that are made with our Participants makes everything worth it!

      Pros

      I have a high level of autonomy and am trusted to get "the job" done. They provide excellent employee benefits. They invest in their employees by providing partial tuition reimbursement and online learning. I took advantage of this, received my Bachelors Degree, and have taken extensive online training on various subjects within my chosen field.

      Cons

      They have not provided a clear career path.
