Management is out of touch and absolutely too forceful with micromanagement. The most physically worked employees are paid the least and treated the worst. Expectations for workers are very high and barely communicated.

Upper management (directors) and managers where all horrible backstabbing people. They will pick their favorites and allow them to get away with anything. If you are not a favorite they will dump more work on you and blame you for everything that goes wrong. It is very much like “mean girls”. One would think I was going to daycare instead of work most of the time. The care is honestly substandard due to the fact that managers sit in meetings for 8 hrs a day instead of actually running their programs. There is no organization, support or communication for most employees. When they ask you to stay after giving your notice it is a joke and just going thru the motions.
