Pros

Pay and benefits are only pluses. Great elderly people that need services but breaks your heart to see slipping services due to management greed/power trips. You do learn not to send family members there.

Cons

Management only worried about money not people you are caring for. Then chase away great great employees time and time again. Upper management makes excuses as to why slipping services when forcing great employees out door is reason for slipping services.

We have an incredible mission to support the elderly population and strive to value our employees We hope and encourage staff to communicate issues to any level in the organization so that we can address and implement change. With almost 400 employees, we know an interview is worth it!

I'm very happy to be associated with a group of people at all levels that really understand their missions and give 110% every day to make that mission possible. Where most companies have the bottom line at the top of their list, this company is all about the good work they are doing.

Cons

There is a lot of work to accomplish and not enough hours in the day.
