      Pros

      I enjoy the actual work and my fellow employees. The product is made in the USA, which i respect and am proud of.

      Cons

      Distrust from the top end. Treated like the dumbest person in the plant at all times(one person makes a mistake, all pay the price. Safety is important, but this place is crazy to the point of being comical. Reviews are all the same no matter the tallent.( don't want to hurt someone's feelings by giving a less than average, or a high review). Contractors are hired by their safety record, not by capability( Our overhead doors still don't work properly-6months of this). Penny wise dollar foolish doesn't hardly cover it, it's really hard to watch.

      Pros

      Nice office environment, ok culture. Great people. Tons of work to keep everyone busy.

      Cons

      Lack of diversity. Lack of career development. No training to speak of. Building industry is cyclical, so extreme good times/bad times pretty much all the time. Manufacturing environment, so stressful at times even far away from mills and warehouses. Culture rapidly changing since HQ moved to Nashville. New IT systems poses the usual challenges (eg. outsourcing).

      Great Engineered Wood Products, Siding Products and OSB Great Opportunity to see Professional Sports Great Opportunity to see Music Events Value Safety

      Cons

      Aspiration is all you get from this company. There are no true core values, just a façade. Don't expect this company to honor agreements. Expect to be an outcast if smarter or wiser than those in control. What kind of Executive Leadership would tell their team that the Company Core Values may not be attainable, just aspirations. Really?
