Pros

The pay is good. Four-day weekends can also be nice.

Cons

The overall atmosphere of this place is toxic. Coworkers will talk poorly of others as soon as they leave the break room. Many of the people here are angry, jaded, and lack respect for others. There were numerous times I was verbally abused but was not comfortable reporting to management. The hours are long, monotonous, and frankly soul-crushing. Working in such a negative environment is not worth the pay. I do not recommend working here. Stay away!

Changing culture allows for unfair treatment under the excuse of "you don't fit the new culture"

You can learn a lot at LP if you are willing to work hard and the people are really nice

Cons

Good old boy system; the HR leadership is not respectful toward employees; the new culture of bringing in "young talent" allows managers to take advantage of older workers by removing people they see as blockers to young people that want to grow in their career

They have a lot of cash but it gets distributed to management for the most part. Money flows up not down.

Cons

They treat people like family as long as you hate your family. Very greedy organization that thinks very short term.
