Pros

Networking is more important than performance, which is pretty much the same anywhere. Make sure to identify and maintain those relationships to know what opportunities are coming and get on the radar when the interviews come.

Cons

Same as Pros. Great performers but poor networkers lose out. Better for them to get promotions at other companies because there is no respect for those who don't take the relationship building initiative.

Good products that do serve a purpose in the market

Cons

Management had no regard for the sales force. Would not listen to what they had to say. Would quickly throw long term customers and employees under the bus if they felt they would look good by bringing in some one new.
