Shift work. Nights. Too hot in the summer too cold in the winter.

Bad workers. Get away with h everything. Maintenance is the worst. A lot of people doing drugs on there breaks.

Poor management, shuts down often, days without work.

Salary reviews are geared toward younger employees not those who produce the most

Letting go of experienced personnel to downsize company. They hired many younger employees to cut costs and the newer people have no clue what they are doing. The environment is also very cut throat where you can not trust anyone at this company at the risk of being let go. Many people were fired.
