We’re sorry to lose you after 10 years with LPi. Thank you for your years of service! In addition to our quarterly All Hands meetings and the postings each quarter of the goals we have for the company, we encourage our managers to meet 1 on 1 regularly, and to use those meetings to review any concerns – specifically those around pay and benefits. It’s good to know you valued your Teammates, as our Core Values should create a fun, vibrant and rewarding work experience. We wish you best of luck in your next career choice.

Pros

Everything about this company is a pro. They genuinely care about each of their employees like family. Training is unlike anything I've ever experienced before. Ryan is an amazing trainer who turns what could be a boring onboarding into a fun and engaging class. At LPI you truly are a family. Every employee treats you with respect, decency, and like a human being. Management is no different, even at the corporate level. Teams are very close and an absolute pleasure to work with. Even in the beginning you're treated like you've been a part of this family for years. Benefits are solid, and kick in very quickly to include personal days, sick days, exct. You can't go wrong working for LPI. PS Michelle is the best! Go Olympians!

Cons

Pay is a little low on the sales side, but the commission makes up for this when you start earning (Base + Commission)

Thanks for that note! Our culture drives our whole enterprise. We built the commission plan so that earnings are unlimited... as are the perks like our annual Circle of Excellence award trip for top performers. Go for it!!
