Pros

Emerging business and concept in the affiliate marketing space. A physical place you enjoy spending time in with indulging perks that can spoil you. Very influencer focused. Great app and products, such as LiketoKnow.it. The company is innovative and it's exciting to be a part of a growing market.

Cons

If you are looking for a culture with real substance, this is not the place. People are very superficial and immature. Influencer focus is great but can go a bit far by bending to their every whim and allowing/rewarding bad behavior. Talent development is non-existent if you don't start as an intern and go through a quality rS "washing". If you attempt to bring new ideas or approaches to the table you may expose yourself as not "on brand".

Pros

This is a very young, fun culture with a solid leadership team across the organization. There is a talented product, design and engineering team. The space, influencer marketing, is early days and it's exciting to be a part of it.

Cons

The company is in transition from startup to mid sized company and is working through the challenges of growing up.

Pros

If you’re early in your career, this place can still offer an opportunity to gain some experience and sometimes even have fun. If you’re experienced tho, this place comes with way more baggage than its worth and you probably don’t want to waste your time with it. -Still some good people remaining -Nice offices, although they come at the expense of employee compensation -Some interesting tech if you’re one of the lucky ones

Cons

Hard to say anything that hasn’t been said here before- the worst of the company’s problems almost all stem from new leadership, which has made some huge mistakes since showing up that they refuse to acknowledge. Compensation is far below average. Bonuses and equity handed out unequally, with only most favored employees benefiting. Supposedly ‘metrics’ driven, but only cherry-picked ones that make management look good. No CI/CD. Lots of ugly legacy PHP. Lack of freedom to deploy your own code or really make many decisions at all. Constant re-orgs (like multiple times per year), with projects that never get finished. Non-technical people in charge of engineering and DevOps. HR represents management's interests, not employees. I would not feel comfortable going to HR for help on anything. Contentious relationship across all departments, with lots of finger pointing. Some really toxic people in leadership who lack integrity and are driving away top talent.
