Pros

Remote work, young and innovative, fast-paced and exciting changes, modern work atmosphere, fun events, and travel. Open to insight and feedback in meetings. Great opportunity to learn, get ahead, and network.

Cons

Overload of work, lack of work/life balance, coworkers are nice but aren't kind. They will gather information about you from what you share on social media to control and closely monitor you. The culture feels like a sorority/high school; if you don't fit in or do what they say, you're out. You will find yourself working harder to be accepted than the work you do. It will affect your mental health, boss-employee relationship, and eventually hit your morale/productivity. Not many growth opportunities unless you're a favorite.

🚫 Toxic environment and poor leadership in London team.

Pros

Cool company that's making waves in the industry in the US Lots of growth in the US Good salary package and perks

Cons

London team culture is toxic: colleagues frequently throw others under the bus to protect themselves No sense of collaboration or team spirit; everyone works in silos Leadership shows little interest in the UK market, leaving teams with no budget or support Bizarre company strategy: obsessed with “pretty” creative that drives no ROI or commercial impact Extremely poor management with no clear direction or accountability Office space is dismal — nowhere suitable to work, meet or focus. In case anyone labels this as a complaint from someone who “couldn’t handle a fast-paced environment”, this feedback comes from someone who technically thrived at LTK, getting on with everyone in a high-performance, fast-growth environment. But weirdly was fired despite consistent commercial success. This place just doesn't value growth as much as vanity projects.
