      Meh at best

      Pros

      Newly renovated offices are nice. The work is usually interesting and engaging. Many of my coworkers are amongst the best and brightest I've ever worked with.

      Cons

      Pervasive unhappiness and frustration. Difficult to get meaningful work done, largely due to poor leadership and communication. Leadership consistently downplays legitimate concerns, if not dismissing them out of hand. Favoritism is clearly evident and seemingly encouraged. It all gets very old, very quick. I'm looking for work elsewhere.

      Work hard, play hard

      Pros

      The company has worked hard on the work-hard, play-hard culture and it has really paid off. As a manager, I wanted to spend time with my colleagues and mentors and will enjoy their friendships for a lifetime.

      Cons

      As a tech start-up, there are always growing pains. Managing bandwidth and workload is important, but with open communication this can easily be resolved.

      Innovative and Fun Place to Work

      Pros

      The company is the leader in its space so get to see lots of future looking products/innovations. Team collaboration is encouraged and young team members are provided lots of opportunities for additional responsibility.

      Cons

      Working at rS certainly requires driven individuals. Coworkers that are not self motivated may find it difficult at times since the company is moving so fast and gives everyone lots of responsibilities. For most this is not necessarily a con, just a reality of working at a thought leading technology company.
