Pros

Emerging business and concept in the affiliate marketing space. A physical place you enjoy spending time in with indulging perks that can spoil you. Very influencer focused. Great app and products, such as LiketoKnow.it. The company is innovative and it's exciting to be a part of a growing market.

Cons

If you are looking for a culture with real substance, this is not the place. People are very superficial and immature. Influencer focus is great but can go a bit far by bending to their every whim and allowing/rewarding bad behavior. Talent development is non-existent if you don't start as an intern and go through a quality rS "washing". If you attempt to bring new ideas or approaches to the table you may expose yourself as not "on brand".

Pros

- Not many to name since the reign of the new management. - Industry has big opportunities if not squandered. - Swanky office

Cons

- Do your research into the company’s history and affiliations #GrabYourWallet. - Annual Review process has become a joke among engineering. The highest rating is “world class”, which management has admitted is not attainable. This is designed to keep salaries low. - Undertones of bigotry are now widespread. - Company now writes bogus reviews on review sites. - After installing more “metrics focused" non-technical engineering leadership, the ensuing disaster has been swift and spectacular and has included the shutdown of the Silicon Valley office,  which, although had a high operating cost, had produced the highest ROI in innovation and successful product launches. - A new lack of technical understanding throughout the organization. New engineering managers must fight fires daily and perform surgery on legacy PHP tech debt. - Dangerous refusal to address serious technical debt and security flaws. - Incompetence at best, malice at worst in the new human resource processes (they can’t even lay people off properly!). - Turnover is ridiculously high. Cynicism, gossip and political power struggles now run rampant. - Key players that had carefully nurtured the culture of innovation for many years have left or been forced out. - Company continues an un-defendable strategy and over reliance on integrations with large social networks, which are rapidly becoming formidable competitors.
