Pros
There are a number of pros that can be listed for working at LaBella. Some of these include, relationships with co-workers and clients, the general working atmosphere, the variety of jobs one can work on, the openness of management to keep the workers in the know with how the company is doing and what is on the horizon, and the availability of management.
Cons
There are not many cons associated with working at LaBella. One cons is even though they are trying to make the satellite offices feel included and a part of the overall company, this is still a work in process. Sometimes the satellite offices feel forgotten about. Sometimes it is difficult to get what you need from the main office being so far away.
