Pros

So far LaBella is a great place to work. Openly sharing ideas is encouraged. Also, employees are give the reins to run with the work they are assigned, which I very much enjoy. You are encouraged to leave your mark!!!!

Cons

Atmosphere can be a little too lax with cell phone being constantly checked in meetings and in my division there a lack of a clear chain of command. It is important to know who you report to...

Pros

LaBella is a well-established company that has plenty of work flowing in. At my previous company, it was very slow during the winter months - here at LaBella, there is always work to do. They have great communication skills, they value their employees, and you will often get praise for doing a good job. I am very satisfied working for LaBella.

Cons

Because it is very busy, you will (I guess you don't have to, but in order to get everything done, it is almost necessary) have to put in some overtime.

Hours can be long near the end of project, but that is typically project MEP field.
