Pros

LaBella is a rising company and powerhouse. The work is quality authentic work. The hours are flexible. An overall great company!

Cons

Cost of living in the area. Parking expenses payment per month. Location of downtown Rochester is not bustling as it once was so the social environment is not as opportunistic.

Pros

Some flexibility in hours, interesting projects, comfortable work environment, fun company events. We also have access to almost any resource we may need for the job.

Cons

My only biggest complaint is that we still have not phased out AutoCAD / Microstation (Elmira office) use between Architecture and Buildings Engineering. It remains an awful tool for collaboration on big projects, especially when we have access to Revit.
