The local HR in India Office in just unreachable, intolerable and misbehaving. Employees dare to go to the HR room and the office is being run by a couple of unworthy, non-intellect and not so educated people. All the employees with good academic records have left the organisation feeling unimportant and being ignored by the local management. The local management dares to keep long term employees as they may challenge the uncanny decisions taken by one or two people who have gained the trust of the upper management by oiling them. The head of the departments are mostly private engineering college pass outs without any good academic achievements and they do a lot of politics to save their own jobs. Recommendation is to avoid this company.
