Great Product that delivers for customers. VP of Sales is one of the best. Need to be flexible and willing to work in an agile environment.

Cons

Challenge to get the right implementation team for every customer engagement. The right PM makes a difference.

Cons

Neither you have authority, nor accountability. You have to always dance to your master's music. No job security. If your boss doesn't like you, you are fired in 5 mins.
