Pros

Upper Management was very supportive to the growth and success of employees. If there was anything I needed the Director of Marketing Scott Deutsch made sure I had it to be driven and successful. He made the job great & was a inspirational leader that helped his team strategically develop for the companies gain. Great medical plan and 401k.

Cons

Salary was low but essentially I left to be a stay at home mom. I worked there over 2 years and I loved the business, the upper management and all the employees.

There is nothing positive about this company

Cons

There is nothing to learn in this organisation except politics. A highly mismanaged and employee unfriendly company. A person would lose their technical skills if he stays in this company for long. However there is ample opportunity for sycophants.
