Can’t have a personality, boring & repetitive, I dreaded it & could only stay for 4 months.

The only pro is they have really good medical insurance.

Cons

They make you think it will be a great working environment but it's really not. The managers will talk about you with other managers behind your back, they will make you feel uncomfortable when they go over your work performance each week, if you leave your desk to go to the restroom they look at you funny and then will pull you to the side and tell you that you're taking too many breaks! They are also not the best people to work for if you actually have a life outside of work. They expect you to put their job before your kids/family. I will never work for this company again as long as I can help it.
