The 15 min breaks were great.They have coffee but not a big fan.

Cons

Horrible production workplace. Feels like your a work horse. You are grading on how fast you can enter data into the computer. The management definitely has favorites, however, managers are not allowed to hang out with you outside of work.

Long-term employee with Labcorp - started when it's a part of Roche as a temporary employee, became permnament and have worked my up thru the ranks. Lot's of opportunities for those who aren't lazy, willng to work, learn the company, & it's processes.

Cons

Lots of inconsistencies with HR, Upper Management decisions. A drawback with any large company.
