* Low Pay * Horrible Work environment * Poor Management * All about saving money when it comes to their employees, higher ups greedy *You are just another number * Don’t care about their patients * Poor Training *Will mislead you to get you in and try to get you to sign a 2 year contract cause they have a high turn over rate so they try to get young college grads * The new hires make more than you even though you’ll be carrying the load on your back but don’t even waist your time asking for a raise cause they’ll find an excuse as to why the can’t give it to you until you’re ready to quit then they may decide to try and match the competitor if it’s not too high * The “team leads” can’t lead because they are taken from other departments instead of their own because they can’t keep employees long enough to meet the 5 year requirement Therefore the leads will end up asking you for help or you’ll end up doing their job for way less pay. * I can go on and on... there are better companies willing to pay you what you’re worth don’t settle for this company
