Pros

Good benefits. Fair pay. Work day goes by very fast.

Cons

Work can become very mundane depending on what department you are in. The lab has a high volume of specimens so there is always a ton of work to do. If the lab is short staff the job can become very stressful.

Pros

Well, the LabCorp reputation is certainly a factor. I would be proud to work for a company with such a long history of leadership in the industry.

Cons

Hours can be long, but it is a great place to work. Occasional lack of transparency regarding quotas, leads, etc.
