Pros

Decent benefits package. Time off is available but must be scheduled, also depending on department.

Cons

Low on the pay scale in some departments. If you don't mind working in a factory setting for laboratory work, this is a decent place. Typical large scale production.

Pros

They were the most employee friendly company I've ever worked for. I hated to leave them but being laid off I had no choice.

Cons

Pay could be a little better, but the benefits are outstanding. Incentives to get and stay healthy go toward your deductible.

Pros

Flexibility was one of the best things that Labcorp has to offer.

Cons

This company does not have the ability to advance anyone or offer a wide variety of on the job training. When I was a lab tech at this company I felt that management was lacking and the employees were not well trained willing to do an excellent job because management was not excellent and didn't know what that is to offer its employees. You know the old saying goes an employee is a representative of its management. I was often harassed and bullied at this job because I wanted to advance and get on the job training. Also the employees were able to talk about anything on the floor and were rude to each other and very sexually explicit. I felt sexually harassed every day having to listen to some of the sex stories on the floor. When I brought this to attention of management I was told I was part of it and as I couldn't get along then there was the door. Also this company is a very racist company and oftentimes I would feel like the blacks only allowed to work certain times as long as it did not intermingle with the white.
