Good benefits, some caring individuals, a good place to learn.

Cons

Hard work, stress, and an overused old system to keep labor costs down (8% must be labeled as sub par and at risk of loosing their job). The environment has gone from we are all in it to succeed to I must do whatever I can to look good, which may not benefit the team or company overall. Senior management are accountants with no vision or or real team building skills or ideas.

Pros

The managers and supervisors are very dedicated and strive to meet operational goals.

Cons

Lack of corporate support. Hiring freezes occur every year, most often when staffing is low and work loads are heavy. Most of the hourly employees are unhappy and drama is everywhere. Oh my word...the drama.

Pros

Good; Nice market reaction to the earnings conference call today. Well earned bounce setting a new 52 week high. Good team at the top of the empire.

Cons

Bad; Top heavy IT. Live and spend like there is no tomorrow. Bloated project budgets to hide inefficiencies, waste and incompetence. Shameful from many perspectives. Slow, destructive processes and combative style that is a bottleneck hindering the greater good. A contractor heaven though. Double the project length and double your profit, at the expense of the bottom line.
