Opportunities for progression if you push. Not difficult to get a first job when out of university. Some decent people there and facilities are good.

Cons

Very low pay compared to industry standards Alot of of incompetent managers who care more about themselves than their workers. Be prepared for favouritism and unprofessionalism on a daily basis.
