Pros

FTO and remote working environment for Project Managers and leaders. It is very much an environment where you can work autonomously as long as you get your work done. The leadership team is amazing and genuinely cares about their employees.

Cons

There is nothing glaringly wrong with this company.

Labcorp truly cares about their employees and has an inclusive, supportive culture. One of the best places I've ever worked for. There is a real sense of respect and team comradery here that makes it a pleasure to come to work every day.

Cons

As with most places, in my experience, the teams are not scaled to the volume of work.
