Pros

Since day one at Labcorp I have been fully supported in my career growth with clear objectives to achieve these goals. In addition, the salary and bonus structure is great as I have been fairly compensated throughout my career at Labcorp.

Cons

I miss face to face meetings and I hope there are opportunities to have these experiences in the future for fully remote employees. Since we have not had these over the past few years it is more difficult to develop working relationships with colleagues.

With all of the money that they have made in 2020 and 2021 I believe that they should start investing in their employee's salaries a bit more.
