Pros

Fair pay, nice bonuses, clean

Cons

Idiots running the place can be manipulated too easily. Listen to gossip rather than trusting their people enough to go to them directly

Pros

Small privately held company. Employees below management level are great to work with. Good family oriented company. Possibly a great second or last job.

Cons

Not a great place to start your career. Knowledge or skill level will not directly influence your salary or position within the company. No real growth potential or advancement within organization. Salaries not competitive with other automotive companies.

Unsuitable Work Environment

Pros

Lots of overtime if you’re looking to earn more. But overtime has become mandatory instead of optional.

Cons

- Underpays employees - No attention paid towards sexual harassment complains - Forces employees to work 7 days a week almost every week - Multiple set ups per day because of poor management and scheduling - Office management staff is mostly selected based on nepotism, favoritism, and color. - People with supervisory positions can do anything they want including making other people do their jobs and never get called out for it. - Unsafe and irresponsable forklift drivers. - Not enough vacation unless you’ve been working here for over a century. - Always understaffed on all shifts because of low pay, people come in look at the work environment and quit later that week if not next day.
