Not a good company

Pros

A lot of overtime if you’re looking for some extra money.

Cons

1. Upper management could not care less about the employees. 2. They expect you to work 7 days a week, bonuses are not good, pay is low, and vacation time is just 5 days of PTO with 2 days of Personal Time for a whole year. 3. Management turns a blind eye to whatever the Supervisors and other authority figures do even if the Supervisor goes missing for 6 hours and people have to figure out what to do on their own. 4. Be ready to face a lot of racism if you’re a person of color or some other religion. 5. HR does not take actions against people who harass other employees.

Pros

Lacks is a very stable company, and has successfully weathered very poor economic periods in the automotive industry. Since 2011, Lacks has paid bonuses twice a year (in Feb and Sept).

Cons

Employees are expected to accept lower than average wages for the geographic area, with raises being practically non-existent. People are asked to take on more and more responsibility, with no reciprocal increase in pay. Cost of living wage increases do not exist. Employee turnover is steadily increasing.

Pros

Decent benefits and opportunities to move up if you work hard and it helps to be related or friends of the family.

Cons

Primarily male dominated in upper management positions. Not a lot of women in executive positions that are not secretarial. Management not good with feedback.
