Easy work, Profit sharing, Pretty much guaranteed 40 hrs

Cons

Upper management is quick to tell you what you're doing wrong but they turn around and do the same thing. They don't fix problems, they push them off on the next person so nothing gets done. They try and make production better by having people work multiple presses, but they don't ask us how that effects us

I had the privilege of meeting amazing people at Lacks. Easy work. Point system is very fair.

Cons

I always struggled with money working at lacks. They talk about how much the company is making but we never saw it in our pay checks. There is no communication from upper management to operators and the "family" business is rapidly dwindling away and being taken over by young snotty college kids. No room for advancement here unless you work there many many years.
