Poor communication between management and mold-operators. Treated as you are just a number and not a name sometimes. High turn-over. No raises after first year. Little opportunity for advancement unless you are family member or go on to become a die setter or process tech. Horrible health care deductibles. Can be very stressful at times.

EXTREME lack of a safety culture as production takes precedence over employee safety. Family life is non-existent as you are expected to work every weekend. There are no opportunities for career advancement unless you are a family member of the owner. Majority of management treat employees as if they are simply a number and not people. Have been told that near-future outlook of company shows a downturn which, in turn, means employees should expect pay freezes and working hours being cut-back for all except maintenance.
