Pros

Compensation is at times higher than average when business is good; professional training available; gym in office; health clinic in office; pharmacy in office; yearly cost of living increase for salary

Cons

Boomer dominated office and culture. President of company said "the me too movement is being co-opted by women to take powerful men down' while giving a quarterly update to all of corporate. Overtime (even until 2am some days) to fix issues expected and no overtime compensation for the extra work. Some of compensation is not guaranteed and is based on business performance, so when the economy is down everyone takes a pay cut. Expensive health care plan. Everyone is always on a PIP, so you never know if you are about to get terminated.
