Pros
Family atmosphere, Business philosophy, Continuous improvement, BENEFITS, BENEFITS, BENEFITS!!! People are great, you are able to be self managed, but still have the support needed. Managers listen and really strive to make sure you are given all the tools necessary to achieve your duties and allow room to grow.
Cons
Some departments are lacking room to grow for employees and some of the base pays are a bit lower than the standard. However, our incentives definitely make up for that!
