Pros

Compensation is thoughtful and competitive. They are careful to hire people that match the culture of the company so everyone you work with works from the same set of principles which makes conflict resolution easier than with any other company I've worked with. You get to work for a manufacturing company where you're able to go onto the manufacturing floor and see products being made. It makes your job make more sense.

Cons

Their compensation model includes 4 quarterly bonuses that are determined by the success of the business and are used as a pressure valve in the event times are tough so the company does not have to let anyone go (and instead just lowers the quarterly bonus percentage). This is wonderful for your sense of job security (they didn't have to lay anyone off even in the toughest of times, including the beginning of the pandemic) but takes getting used to since some percentage of your income will be paid to you every 3 months instead of every other week.
