Management doesn’t ever have a clue. Get used to hearing this is the first time I’ve heard this issue. Favoritism is a big issue at this company, so if your a brown nose you’ll get along just fine. Scheduling is a joke. If the person that’s behind you for a shift calls in you are forced to stay for 12 hr days not matter what and it usually happens within the last hour of your shift because people want to play the system with this covid crap. The list could go on and on, my advice if you aren’t in a bind and or don’t need the money, DONT WORK HERE! This company will use you to its advantage and never do anything for you. They preach how they are all about family which is the farthest thing from the truth. I’m glad i no longer work there, put a huge strain on my mental health.
