Pros

The people are great to work with in the Lenexa Office. Technology is always cutting edge.

Cons

HR is slow to process anything. PQL people are hard to deal with and generally get anything they want when they want it and how they want it. Upper management is slower than HR to make any decisions and even slower to share information. Upper management seems to "know" that they are short on personnel in the Lenexa office, and claim to be doing something about it, but appearance of doing something about it indicates that they are not doing anything about it.

Extensive legacy installed customer base that can be converted/upgraded to new solution deals. Substantial sales channel consisting of long-standing network of distributors that buffer the end-user from deteriorating corporate culture.

Cons

Recent reorganizations have caused confusion for employees and customers, destabilizing a once solid industry heavyweight. Most of the top talent has separated.

CEO and board have decided we will be in office 80/20, after working 60/40 for years. This is with no legitimate reasoning given for this outside of "because we said so".
