Pros

Work from home, paid training, mentorship program

Cons

Benefits not so great, mentor and trainers don't usually speak your own language, so it's hard to receive a personalized mentorship. It's hard to find internal resources about which teams to contact for issues.

Pros

Good Training. Constant learning while helping others to overcome the language barrier.

Cons

Low pay. Close to non-existent access to Manager or Supervisor. No review or raise offered. You are paid according to the language you interpret, not according to your actual skills.
